Access Connect LLC ("we," "us") operates accountrecovered.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep it minimal and we do not sell your data.

What we never ask for

We will never ask for your Instagram/Facebook password, your two-factor (2FA) codes, or direct access to your account. Anyone asking for those is not us. Do not share them.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email) so we can support you.
Case details you voluntarily submit in the intake form (a description of what happened, the account handle, and any screenshots you choose to upload) — used only to help prepare your recovery case.
Payment is handled by our third-party processor (e.g., Stan). We do not store your full card details.

How we use it

Only to deliver the product you bought, prepare your case (done-for-you tier), respond to support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site and payments (for example, our database/hosting and payment processor), strictly to operate the Service. That's it.

Retention & your choices

We keep case data only as long as needed to serve you, then delete it on request. To access or delete your data, email support@accountrecovered.com.
